Every single second that I put it off means another lonely night I got to race the clock. What say we go and crash your car? And every time I leave you go and lock the door. So I walk myself picking at a chip on my shoulder. I’m another day late and one year older. It’s failure by design.

I managed to avoid all the illness at the beginning of winter and over Christmas (in fact I dont think I’ve been really ill since my festival blues in September) but I am definately on a downward spiral today. Getting out of bed was made easier by my daily cuppa in bed courtesy of Ash (I will never appreciate how amazing this is until one day it stops. Properly helps me start the day.) but...

Last night I swallowed liquor and a lighter and this morning I threw up fire.
But it’s nothing new. I’ve been piecing it together and it’s got something to do
with every look thrown like a knife across a crowded room.
Every slow and quiet car ride I spent drinking in the backseat.
Every stupid melody to every stupid song.
And every stupid word that everybody’s hanging on.

Friday afternoons at work are rubbish. Will waste time drinking silly amounts of Lilt Zero from the vending machine, and perusing eBay.
Made an educated decision to go out tonight. I miss going out with my friends, and I had such a laugh last week, so why not. Perfect excuse to find a dress and heels and have a few drinks :)
Busy day tomorrow involving bank, travel agents, post office, lunch...

I’m genuinely sad that one of the main reasons for joining this band in the first place, ended so badly. Ash (dude on the left) was pretty much my closest friend, and I wanted to be in a band with him so bad, that when the former bassist left, I jumped at the chance.

Things About Today
- Worst pay day ever. Signed up to the Christmas savings scheme, and forgot, so got £80 less than expected. Then put £200 on holiday, paid phone, car and contact lenses. Bye bye money.
- To make me feel better, I will visit the pub tonight.
- 20 minute chats with colleagues in London talking about Inception, Black Ops, Westfield Shopping Centre, slaughter houses, how shit UPS are and meeting...
