The Dress Dilemma
Lads, you may wanna ignore this one O:) New followers, I dont post stuff like this ever. Im just stuck.
One of the perks of my job is a clothing allowance of £750 a season. Sounds like LOADS but doesn’t really come out as much. (Not being ungrateful, but there’s no other way to put it to make it sound polite.)
My final piece of my AW10 allowance order arrived today. It’s the gorgeous Picnic Dress in Mulberry Jacquard - Black.
My dilemma is this - CON: it’s £600 out of my allowance. PRO: It’s only been released in white as far as I know (here). CON: It’s very delicate, I wonder if I’d be scared to wear it out. PRO: Florence Welch wore it to our AW launch which automatically makes it ubercool. CON: The only other thing I got with my allowance was a scarf which is the same price as half an Xbox. PRO: I love it.

I walk past hundreds of these Mulberry Alexa’s in Blueberry EVERY DAMN DAY but Mulberry don’t pay me enough to make them so I can buy myself one. Lifes sucks.
I wonder if work will let me borrow a few for a photoshoot? I doubt it.
